Invitación a Charla Abierta:Silencio forzado: El Estado, cómplice de la violencia contra la prensa mexicana.

¿Cuál es la situación que viven los periodistas mexicanos actualmente?

Organizaciones internacionales como Amnistía Internacional y la Organización de Estados Americanos  la han definido como una situación de alerta roja.  Desde el 2000, muchos periodistas mexicanos han sido asesinados, intimidados y silenciados. Cuando se silencia la voz de un periodista, se priva a toda la comunidad de información.
El 5 de mayo de 2012 tendremos la oportunidad de conocer más e informarnos sobre esta alarmante situación en la voz de Omar Rábago, periodista mexicano experto en el tema.


Invitamos cordialmente al público a participar de la charla abierta de Omar Rábago Vital, defensor de derechos humanos y sociólogo el 5 de mayo a las 16.30 horas.

 Omar Rábago Vital se unió a la Oficina para México y Centroamérica de la Organización Internacional ARTICLE 19 para trabajar en el Programa  de Libertad de Expresión y Protección a Periodistas en 2009. Actualmente es Oficial de Programa, responsable de varios proyectos que incluyen: Publicidad Oficial en México, Agresiones a Periodistas y Libertad de Expresión en México. Omar ha publicado varios artículos sobre comunicación, libertad de expresión, publicidad oficial en México y agresiones a periodistas.

With these beautiful pieces of .925 fine silver jewelry, the designers apply the filigree technique with a modern twist. For their brand named 'Amandina' they apply designs from Merida and Yucatan

As of April 2012, exclusively for the very first time, the pieces of 'Amandina' will be available to buy in Amsterdam. 'Amandina' will show their support to the 'Mexicans for Peace' by  donating a percentage of every piece sold to the cause 'Wear Peace for Mexico'.
